Designing systems for capability and trust.

My work started in storytelling and UX, where I learned to translate human needs into clear experiences people actually use. Over time, I led and scaled design leadership and ecommerce execution across complex organizations, bridging strategy and delivery. Today, I focus on designing human-in-the-loop AI operating systems: deterministic workflows, context layers, and review gates that help teams move faster while preserving judgment, trust, and accountability.
