David Glazier, AI Product Designer
Where AI belongs, and how it works for people.
I work as an AI Product Architect: I map where AI belongs in a product, design how it works for the people using it, and guide execution until it ships. My most recent work has been in healthcare and commerce: patient experience, self scheduling, and clinical workflow design in healthcare, and memberships, seller onboarding, and merchant tools at Walmart and Shopify.
My work started in storytelling and UX, where I learned to translate human needs into clear experiences people actually use. Over time, I led and scaled design leadership and ecommerce execution across complex organizations, bridging strategy and delivery. Today, I focus on designing human-in-the-loop AI operating systems: deterministic workflows, context layers, and review gates that help teams move faster while preserving judgment, trust, and accountability. That work has a name now: AI experience design.
A network behind the work.
I have designed in many of these roles and can execute the work myself. When a project needs more hands, I bring a trusted network of specialists sized to the need: AI development, frontend and backend engineering, design systems, branding, and research. The team scales to the project while the leadership, the standards, and the accountability stay with me.
That means you are never hiring one pair of hands or an anonymous agency bench. You get one architect who answers for the outcome, with exactly the specialists the work calls for.
